Key policies
Planta Landscaping Company sets a Quality Assurance plan with the following responsibilities:
- Formulates safeguards, administers an overall policy and procedures in the project, and takes all necessary activities to ensure that there are no deviations.
- Initiates action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity in projects
- Identifies and records any relevant problems if anything as such occurs
- Initiates, recommends, and/or provide solutions through the reporting system
- Verifies the implementation of solutions
- Monitors and controls further processing, delivery, or installation of any preferred solution to ensure that any non-conformance has been corrected
Planta Landscaping Company sets a Quality Assurance plan with the following responsibilities:
- Risk Management planning
- Risk identification (risk analysis, risk assessment & risk evaluation)
- Risk quantification (threads & opportunities, risk reporting)
- Risk response (risk treatment, mitigation strategy application)
- Risk monitoring & control (continuous monitoring and control)
