The Quality Assurance Policy system at Planta is committed in providing our customers with products and services that fulfill their need and requirements and maintaining the “customer delight” philosophy by going above and beyond the clients’ expectations. To ensure that all the quality, health and safety measures are being met, a Quality Assurance Policy framework has been created.

  • Adopt appropriate practices that ensure highest quality and reduced risk for all
  • Conduct reviews and site visits regularly to ensure everything is up to standard
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, a space that is comfortable for everyone
  • Deliver “Customer Delight” by meeting and exceeding the customer’s requirements, based on the agreed contract terms.
  • Continual improvement within the company to guarantee a continued raise in the quality and safety standards
  • Educate employees with regular trainings and awareness programs regarding the company quality policy
Key policies

Planta Landscaping Company sets a Quality Assurance plan with the following responsibilities:

  • Formulates safeguards, administers an overall policy and procedures in the project, and takes all necessary activities to ensure that there are no deviations.
  • Initiates action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity in projects
  • Identifies and records any relevant problems if anything as such occurs
  • Initiates, recommends, and/or provide solutions through the reporting system
  • Verifies the implementation of solutions
  • Monitors and controls further processing, delivery, or installation of any preferred solution to ensure that any non-conformance has been corrected

 

Planta Landscaping Company sets a Quality Assurance plan with the following responsibilities:

  • Risk Management planning
  • Risk identification (risk analysis, risk assessment & risk evaluation)
  • Risk quantification (threads & opportunities, risk reporting)
  • Risk response (risk treatment, mitigation strategy application)
  • Risk monitoring & control (continuous monitoring and control)
